Laura designed Voltage with two qualities in mind: personality and readability. Energetic but structured, the letterforms are based on balance, a solid rhythm, and uniformity. It’s a workhorse font that’s evocative of the metal lettering on automobiles of the past.
Ideal for headlines, logos, subheads, short sentences or paragraphs, and pull quotes. The default setting — without swashes and alternates — is best for phrases and subheads. Includes more than 150 swashes, 39 alternates, and 15 ligatures.
