Sugar Pie
$79.00
Soon after Ale Paul released Candy Script, he left Buenos Aires for a three-week trip to North America. When he returned, he found a note requesting an italic counterpart to the script. After a few trials, he concluded Candy wouldn’t work as an upright italic, but there was promise in some of the attempts. The resulting face, with its round-to-sharp terminals, was called Sugar Pie. As its name suggests, it’s perfect for packaging, and comes with plenty of stylistic and contextual alternates, ligatures, and swashes.
