Gioviale
$65.00
With Gioviale, Laura wanted a face that had the look of a roman italic. “I looked to the Italian Didones, known for their very high contrast thin thins and thick thicks. Gioviale is a less serious interpretation of the Didones, and its uppercase letters are a departure from classic precursors.”
If you’re searching for a script that works equally well for upbeat editorial work and cheerful advertising messages, Gioviale manages to hit that balance. More than 1,000 glyphs, including ornaments, discretionary ligatures, and hundreds of swashes.
