Laura grew up in a 1920s home that had unique wallpaper throughout, which led to a fascination with patterns. “The icons and tiles are a result of several sketches accumulated in my notebooks, finally redrawn and assembled into a font format.”
Wallflowers II is the second in this series and has 26 unique hand-drawn wallpaper tiles, plus 45 icons for standalone use. Creating the patterns is easy. All you have to do is “type the same letter consecutively (e.g. aaaa, bbbb) and the pattern will emerge.
