Douglass Pen
$39.00
This script is based on the bold, somewhat condensed penmanship of Frederick Douglass, “who was born in a slave shack in Talbot County, Maryland, in either 1817 or 1818 and eventually became a distinguished statesman, orator, and abolitionist leader.” Douglass Pen is modeled mainly after one of his written speeches recounting a raid on Harpers Ferry, Virginia, in 1859.
More than 800 glyphs, including lots of ligatures, alternates, inkblots, crossouts, and Eastern European characters.
